• Hyperlocal Location: Captured via browser geolocation (with your permission) or manual input, allowing us to filter and display independent fish sellers operating in your specific neighborhood in Mumbai.
• Saved Addresses: Stored on your account/device to enable faster checkouts for future deliveries or pickups.
• Order & Transaction History: Maintained so you can easily browse past purchases, re-order your favorite species, and resolve any disputes with sellers.
• Profile Information (Optional): Your email address and name, only if you choose to provide them to personalize your profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To verify your identity and secure your account access via SMS OTP.
• To connect you with nearby fish sellers and enable hyperlocal menu displays.
• To process and transmit your orders directly to the chosen independent sellers.
• To send you transactional notifications (order confirmations, preparation updates, pickup availability, and WhatsApp order summaries).
• To send you marketing updates or waitlist announcements, strictly with your opt-in consent.

4. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We believe in absolute transparency. Your trust is our biggest asset:

• With Sellers: We share your name, phone number, and delivery/pickup address with the specific seller you order from so they can prepare, custom-cut, and fulfill your order.
• No Selling of Data: We do not sell, trade, rent, or monetize your personal data or phone number to any third-party marketing companies.
• No Cross-App Tracking: We do not track your browsing activity across other apps or websites.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your phone number, order history, and address details. All online payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateway partner (Razorpay). Relifish does not directly collect, process, or store your credit card details or bank account numbers on our servers.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

Under applicable data protection laws, you have full control over your personal data. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your information at any time.

To request the permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data, simply email us at relifishstore@gmail.com. We will process your request and purge your data within 30 days, subject to any legally mandated record-retention requirements.
